  1. May 2025 – PresentPart-time

    Programmer and Data Analyst

    Al-Ahsa Family Development Association

    • Develop and maintain the platform that manages the association’s social researchers: GPS-verified field-visit logging, role-based accounts, instant search, real-time alerts, an audit log and print-ready reports.
    • Built a unified internal system that tracks vehicles, building documents and operation contracts, sorted by nearest expiry and color-coded by urgency.
    • Strengthened security by removing credentials from the code, fixing database permission errors and alerting users when they go offline.
    • Build Excel tools and reports that organize and analyze the association’s data.
  2. Nov 2024 – Present

    Receptionist

    Royal Al-Alamiyah Serviced Apartments

    • Check in guests through the Zaer registration system and follow their questions and requests through to completion.
    • Serve guests of many backgrounds and nationalities with patience and courtesy.
    • Prepare marketing materials and guest documents in Arabic and English, including guest contracts.
    • Prepare monthly staff attendance sheets and supplier invoice reports for management.

A web platform that organizes the association’s social research team: researchers log field visits, follow their own records and request leave, while administrators follow every visit and every request from one portal.

  • Field-visit logging across five visit types, with mandatory GPS location.
  • Separate portals for researchers and administrators, with accounts and permissions by region and role.
  • Instant visit search, with editing rights for administrators.
  • Leave requests and password-recovery requests, with follow-up.
  • Real-time alerts and warnings, sent to one researcher or to everyone.
  • An audit log of every action, a daily summary and print-ready reports.
  • Light and dark themes, a phone-ready interface and protected sign-in.

  • A home dashboard that shows what needs attention now and brings the three modules together.
  • Insurance, periodic inspection, registration and user authorization tracking for every vehicle.
  • Safety certificate, national address, municipal license and official permit tracking for every building, with a completion rate.
  • Operation contracts with their expiry dates.
  • Automatic sorting by the nearest expiry date, color-coded by urgency.
  • Print-ready reports, backup and import, and Hijri and Gregorian dates.
